The specialists of Customer service department work orders for manufacturing of parts, steel structures in accordance with the customer’s drawings within the framework of production cooperation.

The everyday tasks of the Department are the possibility to manufacture, calculation, technical study, supporting of orders.

The main activity of the Department is selling of the plant’s own products (agricultural equipment, storage equipment, vehicle accessories etc.).

The Department is also responsible for planning and carrying out marketing activities, advertising.

The Department is responsible for selection and hiring of employees, adaptation and raising of qualification of the personnel. It ensures compliance of all processes with the Labour Code and other regulations.

The Department ensures accuracy of business and tax accounting in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. It interacts with the partners of the Company making reconciliation of all financial data.

The Department is responsible for interaction with financial and credit institutions, controls accounts receivable, assists employees in receiving loans.

The Department carries out  developing of design documentation for manufacturing the Company’s own products  as well as complex steel structures for our customers.

Technical Control Department performs independent control of conformity of the products with the established requirements and guarantees such compliance to consumers.

The Department ensures operation and timely service of all the equipment, controls condition of buildings and structures, compliance occupational safety and safety arrangements, carries out attestation of workplaces, implements energy efficiency measures.

Procurement of necessary materials and components for production is the direct responsibility of the Department. The Department is also authorized to manage products certification issues, documentation and  shipment of goods and customs clearance.
