Krasnokamsky RMZ will present capabilities of welding robots at metal working exhibition

Krasnokamsky RMZ and SIAD will present a joint display at the exhibition. At the companies stand video demonstrating work of industrial robots developed by SIAD for companies in Russia and around the world will be demonstrated. Besides for everyone who wishes to get familiar with the work of robot welding systems at production facilities transfer to Krasnokamsky RMZ will be organizaed.

Krasnokamsky RMZ has been a dealer of an Italian developer of welding robot systems in Russia since 2011. The specialists of the plant on a monthly basis hold free workshops for representatives of metal working companies on introduction of robot welding technologies into production. A division of SIAD – Italargon company – in accordance with the orders of Russian companies designes robotized lines and automatic plants and the specialists of Krasnokamsky RMZ provide assistance in installation and maintenance of SIAD welding robot systems in Russia.

Director of Italargon Mario Boskini and Director of SIAD representative office in Russia Stefano Guidotti will also participate in the work of the display of SIAD and Krasnokamsky RMZ.

Exhibition "Metal working. Welding - 2013" is held with the support of the Government of the Perm krai, Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Russian Association of Manufacturers of Machine Tool products "Stankoinstrument". More than 200 companies from different regions of Russia, as well as companies from near and far abroad will participate in exhibition "Metal working. Welding - 2013".

Dmitry Teplov, Director of OOO “Krasnokamsky RMZ”:

- For the first time we suggest to the visitors of the exhibition to estimate the efficiency of robotized systems directly during operation, to see the process of high-precision welding with their own eyes. I am sure that professionals in the sphere will not lose such a possibility. Robot welding equipment is much in demand nowadays – about 95% of all projects related to the wish to use robot technologies for production relate to modernization of welding processes.
