One can purchase baler R12-Super designed for pressing herbal mass into coils under the federal program of subsidy assistance either directly from the manufacturer or from any of its dealers. In order to do this one should submit documents confirming compliance of the buyer to the status of the agricultural producer as defined by Federal Law "On development of agriculture".
In 2014 Krasnokamsky RMZ plans to significantly expand the list of agricultural machinery participating in the federal subsidy assistance program. It is assumed that next year farmers will be able to purchase coil cutter ИРК-01, add-on front lift FRONTLIFT- 800 and the latest development of the Company - high-speed coil packer SPEEDWAY 120 with a discount. The equipment allows to harvest feed in accordance with technology "Haylage in a pack" that has already become popular in Russia.
The federal program on subsidy assistance for the costs for purchasing of equipment stared working in June 2013. Russian machine engineering enterprises producing agricultural equipment for not less than three years and having rights to design documentation and technologies may participate in the program.

- The program of subsidy assistance entitled us to promptly and directly provide discounts for equipment to agricultural enterprises. Thus the buyer may initially purchase equipment cheaper not waiting for subsidies as it was before in accordance with traditional subsidy assistance schemes.
I am glad that the right to participate in the program was granted not only to large but also to medium-sized producers. I consider that this could be achieved due to the efforts of the industry-specific association " Rosagromash’.
Eventually all the benefits are received by agricultural enterprises, that will operate the purchased equipment. We are already getting a lot of positive feedback.
