“Wurth - Eurasia" will deliver pre-packaged fasteners and other parts for front lifts production directly to the warehouse by the assembly shop. The Company analyzes the need of the production in components and is responsible for the delivery of the components exactly in the necessary volume and to the desired date that is why extra parts are not accumulated at the warhouse.
Krasnokamsky RMZ became the first partner of CJSC "Wurth - Eurasia" in the Perm krai.
Future plans of the Company include implementation of supply of components under Kanban system for other products manufacturing, in particular for agricultural machinery.
