Metal cellular molds are used to make the structure out of the liquid foam concrete mixture, they are produced by means of metal laser cutting.
The Company produces more than 10 modifications of metal molds for 20, 30 and 40 blocks complying with GOST standards as well as manufactures metal molds in accordance with individual designs.
Krasnokamsky RMZhas been produing molds for foam concrete blocks since 2005 and delivering them to the Perm krai, the Republic of Udmurtia, the Amur region and other regions of Russia.
Foam concrete blocks are used for making interior partitions, wall panels, slabs, fences, roof heat insulation as well as for filling voids.

- This year we plan to significantly increase the amount of manufactured metal molds as the production of foam concrete blocks is a promising business that is now developing in almost all regions of Russia due to the growth of individual construction. Along with the increase of the number of suppliers of foam concrete blocks quality requirements to construction materials are also growing. The technology of laser cutting of metal allows to achieve perfect geometry of the molds and as a result of the ready blocks, besides metal molds are more durable than plastic ones.
